Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a refund is not granted:

  • Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


We guarantee a full refund for any item that is broken or defective once you receive the item. We do not however guarantee a refund on an item that was broken due to user error.

To apply for a refund please send us an email at info@zomm.co.za or call us on 0663178326. We will require you to send proof of the defective item, typically in the form of a picture.

Once your return application has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. All refund conditions still apply.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your items, send us an email at info@zomm.co.za or call us on 0724222861. You will then be responsible for the return shipping. Please consult the shipping returns section lower down on this page for more information. Once we have received the item that you have returned we will notify you and send you a coupon to the value of the item to be exchanged.

That coupon will then be usable until the full amount has been used. In other words, if you buy something that cost less than what is available in the coupon, you will be able to reuse the coupon until it has been fully used. If the amount of a purchase is more than the amount available in the coupon, then you will be required to pay the difference.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us for the shipping address.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
